There were two interviews in the company site itself. First one was involving engineering questions in mechanical engineering field. The second one was with the company CEO and was more personal and had personality questions

One question that got me was have you ever cut corners as far as safety is concerned to meet a deadline. Don't feel as though you have to give an example if you can't think of a time where you did such a thing. A better answer would have been no I would not and have not cut corners involving safety as I consider pushing back a deadline much less detrimental than to risk a potential injury.
