How do you think you can help the organization in this position?
They literally just asked me one question at the top of the interview which was "Tell us a little about who you are."
After the initial phone interview I was told I would be sent the next set of assessments to do and this was the list (obviously in a simplified format): - Fill out candidacy form - 500 word essay on a food than would entice readers to run out and buy product - Compose assessment for each of the 3 websites in their own PowerPoint presentations touching on... And then they listed 10 questions under the topic content, 10 under technical and 10 under navigation. - Provide an example of a social media strategy you would implement to increase brand awareness. - Compose 3 Instagram posts with pictures. - Creat a mock website of their new brand using all info on current website. - Create an example of a coupon for one of their products. - Produce a 30 to 60 second video on one of the brands.

The man I referenced earlier talked through my CV, and asserted we had a 'broadly similar academic background' (we'd both been to the same prestigious university, though he'd attended a well-renowned independent school prior to this, and I'd been state-educated my whole life). He then argued that he'd graduated from said university not really knowing how to work hard, and it was only through his stint at a top-tier consultancy that he'd developed this ability. I'd just graduated at the time and, in light of this, he told me I had 'nothing' on my CV (not true if he'd bothered to actually read it in a little more depth) and, given his own experiences, asked me if I was an 'arrogant little sh*t' at this stage in my professional life, seeing as I was fresh out of university.
