"Tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume" Answered this one 5 times. "Why do you want this job?" Also answered this one 5 times. They also asked about 15 of those "tell me about a time you communicated poorly" and "what are your flaws?" type of questions.
Why wouldn't you want to work here?
There was no unexpected question or particularly difficult question. All interviews were fairly straightforward. I liked that the online application was not bogged down by any of the sometimes typical 'tricky' questions trying to reveal high levels of creativity in the advertising industry. What seemed most important to Haworth was selecting an individual for the internship to be someone with drive, commitment to learn, contribute and succeed, and just an all-around solid business ethic. Interns are exposed to many different aspects of work and are productive workers. Great company culture that I am excited to be part of every single day!
