I am currently employed and decided to test the job market (first application I sent) so wasn't taking the assessment seriously and quite honestly, I was put off about the assessment in the first place. That said I just answered 45 minutes worth of generic and vague multiple choice questions as honestly as I could. A lot of questions are about your work ethic, problem solving, and a lot seem to be about if you can be trusted with out a manager over your shoulder. There is no option to write in your own answer. Questions also thrown in randomly are about how you like to get paid, what motivates you to sell. At the end they ask you questions like if you answered truthfully or answered how you thought you should answer. Also the final two option where you can write in your own response they give you 100 characters to tell you more about yourself and why you are best fit for the job.. they won't have a conversation with you but think 100 characters is enough to summarize who you are professionally.
