The phone interview was very conversational and casual. I was asked if I how long I had been a vegan if I had any companion animals if my family members were vegan. The actual screening process is answering the submitted questions and scenarios.

I asked about hours and schedule.
Met with the Regional Manager. She was very professional and asked several questions related to knowledge of the job, company and how one would react in certain situations. Some role playing as well, but this was very informative. Sales Training is always good no matter what form it takes. I think I did well and am well qualified though I may not be the best candidate. I think the company should choose the best fit for them and I was very honored to have been chosen for interview.
