Nothing stood out as a particularly difficult question in the first interview - there were a few prepared questions but it was mostly a group interaction that felt spontaneous. The request for a presentation at the second interview included enough parameters to provide clarity without being overly restrictive.
Tell me about yourself?
Gave an example of a bad customer experience and how I turned it positive.
What do you think of gender equality? What tools do you use for presentations and communications?
What qualifies me for this position? What experience do I have working in a Fitness/Gym setting?
