I asked about the metrics used for rating student mentor performance, as I had read up on this ahead of time & it came off as a sticking point for current mentors.
No difficult questions.
The area being requested was an interdisciplinary studies area where instructors specialize in many different topics. Not having a directed question or a course description (was told one was not available) made this very difficult.
Using star method describe a time you had to help someone with a difficult task.
