Sternly she asks: "You’re on night shift and one of the traffickers knocks on the door. What do you do? What would you expect?" (This ‘what would you expect’ question. This question is absurd, 1 reason being, this is a brand new program. She doesn’t have correct answers, this is all theorhetical. But somehow I've been wrong. So, this time I ask what I believe to be necessary) Which door, to the unit or an exterior security gate locked? Am I on alone? Is there security or support? Do I have to be face to face with the person? Is there an intercom or a View window? What time is it? (I’m met with irritation as apparently I should've been able to address the vaguely presented potentially serious safety issue with no idea of my options, limitations or layout of the women’s quarters and the grounds) She says in exasperation, ‘someone is on with you, it’s 2 am, there is no security it’s just the two of you and there is a window you can see through’’ (...as if I’m asking to be difficult. No appreciation for critical thinking and problem solving which is usually the goal of situational questions. She doesn’t seem to care what my answers are if she doesn’t think this information is important)
