Tell me about yourself What kind of leader are you? What’s your strength? They’re pretty much looking for you to just explain your previous roles and how you lead the team and made decisions without doing “tell me about a time”. It is very conversational. You don’t need to have specific examples just need to speak to your experience. It’s very down to earth, comfortable and chill. No pressure at all.
