First was to email them a story of what you are passionate about. Then you have a typing test and questions to answer. Then you have a Zoom interview asking questions about your background and how your experience will work with the role. The technical interview is the worst. They expect you to know the answers to their mock questions before you even get hired. That's absolutely unrealistic, and the 3 pages of preparation they give you has nothing on it to get you ready for it.
