Mainly competency questions, strictly based on Amazon's own competency framework. You need to give proof in points on displaying those behaviours, e.g. "Obsessed by Customers / Dive Deep, etc.". They expect the answer to follow a STAR-type of structure (Situation-Task-Action-Result). Example of a non competency question: "Do you think it is clear for customers to differentiate when they purchase on Amazon's marketplace or directly from Amazon?"
How do you use data to generate sales? Very bazaar first question. Not much of an introduction/ice breaker and it really threw me off my cadence.
