What was the most complex situation that you have been involved and how do you solved?
STAR/Behavioral questions (ex. What is your greatest weakness? Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a customer? Tell me about a tine when you screwed up and what did you do to fix it?...) Make sure to hit all four points in your answer, No role play. Ask them 3-5 questions at the end.
