I can't remember any specific questions but it would be beneficial to look up some generic retail questions and fake scenarios before going in for the interview. There is a specific retail etiquette that I was not familiar with.

questions are standard. the basic customer service, experience, and they give you 2 or 3 scenarios where they check how you will handle it.
Do you have customer service experience?
They always want very specific examples of a time you gave excellent customer service or resolved a conflict or led a team through a project to meet a specific goal. The interview packet is standard to each position.
