They drew a picture of the circuitry and ask me to explain how it worked, to be honest I had never seen it before, hence I answered terribly on those questions. I believe that is something only those people know, because they worked on it. If I drew my work on the board, it will stun them as well, I believe:)
Questions were from device physics, Analog Design basics like a current mirror, charge pump, LC-VCO, lumped components based circuits, Analog layout, PVT variations effects on basic analog blocks, so on, mostly from my previous work experience.

Did you analyze the noise performance of the receiver? Since your input signal is very small (400 nA), and even the noise of power supply may be larger than that, how do you suppress the noise?
