The in-person interview consisted of 4 rounds with one to two people at a time. This was pretty overwhelming and disjointing, and I never knew what to expect.

There was nothing out of the ordinary regarding the interview process. Mainly basic questions, why do you want to work here, name a time when you had to quickly adapt to a change, discuss a time where you were given excellent customer service.
