Superside had a lot of interest in getting to know me during this whole process. They were very open to see what projects I was involved in and that I was most proud of. The interviewers wanted to know my hobbies, what I like to do, and my interests outside of work. They also often wanted to know how I'd react in different stressful scenarios. For example, how would I deal with pressure or work overload? What do I find unacceptable in a work environment that would make me quit? Overall, wanted to see my life-work balance and my maturity in this sense.
