The panel asked questions like "how would you run the program, what is your time management style, how would you keep up with 20+ deadlines at any given time, how would you handle a situation where community members are hating on you for something going wrong during a live stream, are your capable of staying up until midnight or 1 in the morning at city council and school board meetings, what is your teaching style, are you willing to work evenings and weekends, etc." Questions like that.
