What is your previous experience in media?
Usual and customary questions, such as why I would want to work selling print and multi-media services when my background encompasses both, and I felt it was self-evident about my skill-set, experience and what I bring to the table.
It could have not been very difficult, I got the job. Nothing could have prepared me for the boredom that ensued when I started working there. Lost of paperwork. Drug testing lab had a bucket of blood in the sink where I peed into the cup. They sent the wrong results.
Are you good at managing conflict and how would you handle a disgruntled artist or author?
They asked what my strengths were and which area I am comfortable to work on
Have I conducted any form of software training or managed a classroom of students.
