No difficult questions on the phone interview. All of the questions were pretty basic: "Walk me through your experience," "why are you leaving your current company," "what are your salary requirements," etc. My in-person Social Media Marketing interview was not too difficult either. I basically ran through my resume, spoke of some specifics regarding using social media analytics, managing an editorial calendar, etc. Basic social media questions. She also asked "what is something we could improve on with our social media."
