I have been in 3 interview processes with DH over the past 1 year.  I do not usually complain but after 3 bad experiences with the same company, I couldnt remain silent. I can see a systemic issue here. 1) Lead - Analytics (Payments, Fraud, and Wallet) : After 6 rounds of interview including case studies which totaled to a time spent on my side of > 12 hours, the final feedback I get is, "Unfortunately we are putting this role on hold for now, after a review of the team structure we don't see that we need this position at the moment. We are still hiring a leader for our fraud analysts however this role is a lower level and we wouldn't be able to meet your salary expectations here. "  Why put me through the interview process then ? 2)  Manager, Products Analytics : Once more after 5 rounds of interviews and investing 10+ hours the final feedback is ,"Yeah..I think the way you interpreted both questions kinda made it challenging....) (this is just an excerpt).  Can we please make  the case studies clearer so that the candidates interpretation does not influence the outcome so much ? 3) (Senior) Data Analytics Manager : Once again after 4 rounds of tech, functional and leadership interview, the feedback I get after the bar raiser final round is , "according to the feedback, your profile didn't fit the managerial role, since the team will be growing significantly in the near future." How does the team realise in the final round that my profile did not match the managerial role ?
