This question really stood out to me because it not only tested my problem-solving skills but also allowed me to showcase my resilience and ability to navigate difficult situations. I highlighted how I organized regular check-ins, delegated tasks according to strengths, and fostered open communication, which ultimately led to the successful completion of the project.
