Round 2 Questions, Basic string algorithms which uses swapping, sorting. There's an SQL interview which basically check whether you know query syntax right. Round 3 Questions, MVC Questions, .Net Framework Stuff, Load Balancing, Performance Stuff this was more conversational for me than the interviewer asking questions and me answering. Comment to the Company It would be much better if you can come up with a logical explanation without just dropping a candidate off. For example, certain candidates may compromise their package(s) etc. in order to get a job.
