The general viva was about 20 minutes and the technical viva took the rest. - General Viva: One person from the HR team asked questions about personal info, interest, ambition, motivation, current salary, and salary expectations. Questions were like this: * describe yourself with three words. * where do you see yourself after five years? * what are your strengths? * what are your weaknesses? - Technical Viva: The interviewer was a team lead from WellDev. He was very supportive and a very cool person. Questions were mostly based on the tech stacks that I mentioned on my resume. * How HTTPs works, TLS Handshake * RabbitMQ: - design patterns (RPC, PubSub) - different types of exchanges [fanout, topic] - reasons to use message queues * Redis : - Caches: write-through, write-back caching - Distributed Locks * Database: - Advantages of NoSQL over SQL - Transactions concept --- This interview was like a conversation about the work experience and knowledge I have. And on the flow of discussion, some topics were raised and we had talked about these.
