I don't remember but I think they were looking for personnel to work in a location that would have required an hour+ commute. with no compensation for time or travel even though I knew they had an office within 20 minutes of where I live.
I had 3 interviews, the first one was with the HR and hiring manager, the second one with the technical team, and finally with the business side.
Asked about prior work experience.
They asked how I would handle an upset customer. (Strange 1st question. I remember wondering if this is a common occurrence with their clients.) They asked if I had a problem lifting/carrying/transporting equipment as well. Very few specific technical questions.
