There are 3-4 rounds conducted. 1st was the Aptitude.(kind of tough questions, it includes technical, anlytical and logical resoning ) 2nd and 3rd was Technical interview.( Wherein you come across the questions related to the hardware/network/database/storage..... 4th was the HR round.
It was asked and mentioned you will be given amble notice if the equipment will or need to be replaced or up graded.
Can you manage Active Directory and managing Cisco firewalls / switches? Are odd hours or after hour work a problem? Can you handle pressure and do you mind or ever had issues training end-users? Have you worked in the Remote Hosted server environment? What other vendor software have you worked with in the past? Are you OK working remotely with long travel home every other week?
