introduce yourself, what are your strength?
Explain the OSI Model to someone who is not technical.
Pretty standard questions related to my background.
Round 1: Network Design – The interviewer used a design tool that was difficult to share during the meeting, and the questions seemed somewhat disorganized. Round 2: Coding – Although the role was described as requiring minimal coding, I was asked to write a complete medium-level Python code, which seemed to differ from the expectations communicated earlier. Round 3: Managerial – In this round, I sensed that the manager might have already identified a candidate, as they didn’t appear very engaged in the conversation. It felt like this round might have been more of a formality. Round 4: Network Fundamentals – The questions in this round ranged from basic networking topics to more unusual ones, like PDU types and DFS. There were moments where I had to clarify certain concepts, such as co-channel interference and the frequency bands used on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. It seemed the interviewer might not have been entirely familiar with some of the details.

Interviews can sometimes boil down to a single pivotal question that stands out. It's often something that gets to the heart of your experience, skills, or personality. For example, one question they might ask is: "What is the most challenging project you have worked on, and how did you overcome the obstacles?" This question can give the interviewer insights into your problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to navigate complex situations.
