I was quite surprised since there were many technical questions, especially in the field (risk management) that I didn't know much about. I initially thought that I would only be tested with fundamental finance questions (like understanding market, financial statements). Goldman Sachs webcast series said that they looked for candidates with passion/fundamental knowledge and they would train the candidates later. It did not appear like that to me.
What would you do, if a project team member had some personal situation and couldn't go ahead with his own part.
They mention specifically that more efficient solutions receive a better evaluation.
