It was clear after 5 minutes that I was only a number, someone to interview only to show that they were doing their job, I'm talking about the HR office. She asked the questions very quickly, writing immediately my answers on their form, no dialogue, no clarification. When we finished the questions, I tried to know more about the job, people, deliveries, etc. but she didn't know a lot about it, was very vague, so just because I wanted to be sure, I asked her about the salary: she told me that she didn't know, her boss knew it. I'm 48 years old, I had and made many interviews, I have a lot of experience, it was clear that she wanted only to fill a form. As unfortunately sometimes happens, they have to demonstrate that they carry out the selection, but in reality they had already decided who to hire. I remember only that she told me that she was from Hammersmith, London, because I lived in Fulham, same council, and I wanted to specify again that I wanted to relocate to Reading. Anyway, very unprofessional, that one was the worst interview I had in my life. Time and money wasted for nothing.
