In the group interview there wasn't anything to difficult. They want to see if you know about different types of foods, how well you work with people, and if you have a friendly personality. You'll be quizzed on several random different foods, but it's not necessary to answer correctly (but it definitely can give you an edge!)
Why are you interested in working for the company? Do you think you would be a good fit for the job? Can you handle the overnight position? What experience do you have?
Why do I want the job
How would you relate to the customer.
Personality testing, prior work experience, hobbies and interests ,etc.
What is your availability?, etc.
Behavioral questions. What would you do in this situation. Why do you want to work here. Are you willing to work these hours and days.
