Be prepared with your elevator pitch for "tell me a little bit about yourself" and to answer situational questions about handling difficult guests and challenging service issues. Ex. "tell me about a time when you had to help a difficult guest and what the outcome was." If your skills are outside of hospitality, I'd suggest preparing answers that show your experience can translate to hotels. For example, service recovery in food service or retail still shows that you know how to keep customers happy.
