The first two interviews contained questions about my experience, solutions to potential issues. The third interview was mostly character / small talk. All interviews were performed remotely and all body language seemed very positive. I unfortunately must have fallen off their radar to not warrant any responses.

Asked about where Ive worked, how did I get certain amount of experience, what do I expect from the company. How do I plan on advancing. Asked what certifications did I have. Was I willing to work weird hours.
