Standard questions, nothing stood out. Shared my presentation to a panel I couldn't see- no questions or comments from the panel, who did not turn on their cameras, except for one, the entire interview.
What are your professional goals for the next 5 years
Describe your sickest patient. Describe a time when you had to go above and beyond for your patient
Most questions were related to nursing practice and what you would do in a certain situation, those were the most difficult due to the nature of triage. Otherwise very little difficulty.
How do you build relationships with people? This is NOT something that is hard for me...and I do it very well, but it's not something I think about how I do it...I just do it, so it kind of caught me off guard.
State a situation in which you had a conflict at work and how you resolved it.
