What do I when a resident will not eat? Well, you would think that everyone would get hungry at some time and would eat. But that isn't always the case. Sometimes they can't eat because they can't swallow the food, or can't chew it, or just can't see it to pick it up. I have to evaluate that person and find the cause before anything can be done to change it......
