Nice, open conversation about career goals and a little about my CV. A lot of the hour was spent allowing me to ask questions and talk about my ambitions in digital learning and the eLearning Industry. It felt very easy going talking to the hiring manager and our sales manager who made me feel very welcome and were clearly engaged in learning more about me.
Not so much asked about the technical aspects or experience aspects of the role. Was more 'give us an example of a time that you did xyz'.

Went through my entire CV in chronological order. Questions were generic and not really memorable.
Their interview questions were spot on regarding the position and my results from their assessment. I had a chance to review my actual results from the assessment which I wasn't prepared for but gave me insight as to what the position entailed and what situations I may be encountered with. It also identified weaknesses established from my scores and what I would be inclined to do based on the results rather than what I am trained to say in an interview. Very comprehensive experience.
