Standard questions relevant to the role in terms of operational experience, prioritisation of workload and working methods. There were more EDI questions that expected, but it was a welcomed and pleasant surprise, its great to see that EDI is such a high priority for the organisation.

I had "homework" interview questions with a separate essay to read and prepare a written report. It took approximately 40 hours to handle. I also had to take cognitive tests to prove my intelligence.
