How will your current role transfer to the position you applied for?
Tell me something about yourself
There were no specific questions that related directly to the job in my opinion. I had to ask those questions myself. There were some questions about my experience and background. But mostly generic questions with nothing directly relating to the specific job at hand. One interviewer did ask how I would handle a specific situation that was semi-related. But all interviews felt mostly a personality contest. I was asked what I didn't like about their current "style" ( I am trying to be vague) and felt set up for this question and like no matter my answer it would be wrong. I can't say nothing is wrong but I can't very well insult the company either. Unfortunately, I am pretty sure my response did insult the interviewer, unintentionally.
Tell us about a time you had to explain a complex concept to someone who did not have the same level of knowledge/expertise.
What do you know so far about our organization?
I don't remeber it was a couple of years ago.
