They asked me about my experience with management as well as Worker's Compensation claims and processes. They wanted to make sure I was safety conscious while also prepared to take on the huge responsibility of managing many other personalities and circumstances. Some questions were software/technical related, but most other questions were related specifically to the On-Site Manager position for which I was interviewing.
