The recruiter supplies you with everything you need to prepare for the interview. So if you have the correct experience and put the work in for the interviews there is no reason you can't get the job. Some of the questions were detailed enough - I had to explain the ad ranking and bidding process and if I hadn't prepped well I wouldn't have been able to answer some of these. There were detailed business case questions also where I was pressed for how I would solve certain problems.

Typical customer service interview questions. Was not asked anything about social media and when it came down to it, I was told that even though the role I applied for was "Online CSR/Social Media Write," It isn't the role that I will start with. They advised me that first I will be dealing with customers over the phone and if that goes well then, I would be an online customer service rep and if that goes well, then I would be both "Online CSR/Social Media Writer". This company led me on from the very beginning.
