How would you handle a guest who had a maintenance order in for the AC to be fixed, but the repair person is an hour late and no one has updated the guest and they are now calling back wondering what's going on? The person who was handling this issue has gone home for the day and your shift is taking over this case. What steps would you take to address the guest's concerns?
