these wasn't really difficult. i just wanted to put down the questions i can remember! tell me about yourself? how to handle angry customers? how would you describe yourself in 3 words? strengths? weaknesses?
The manager surprised me with some off the wall questions that didn't really require answers. They were logic and reasoning tests as well as a gauge of sense of humor. Once the interviewer confirmed that my experience was sufficient, it seemed that the questions were more focused on getting to know me and to get an idea of how well I would fit in and work with the office.
