The most unexpected question was "Why are you better qualified than any of the internal candidates?" It was unexpected because it assumed that I felt I **was** better qualified, when in fact I couldn't speak to the qualifications of internal candidates.

What work environment do you thrive in?
Met with several team members in the office- some managers, some associates. Management is Fantastic, and was very welcoming and accommodating. They all bring tons of knowledge to the table and will teach you things about the industry you never knew. The associate I interviewed with, on the other hand, was flailing all over the place, barely able to catch her own breath while speaking at 1000 mph. Most likely a recent college grad, with her current position being introduction to this challenging industry. Sprinkle on a tad of arrogance, and here we go: What's your interpretation and experience with a technology based freight forwarding interface?
