Tell me how you close the books Tell me how you design the P&L Tell me what system and what service providers you use And many more basic questions as if you could run finance operations without someone who actually know what he is doing.

1) Develop a School Dismissal process that is easy to understand and implement, and accounts for the following factors: 60% of students in each classroom board one (1) of four (4) available yellow school buses Students must be picked-up in each classroom and taken to the bus; due to the number of students assigned to each bus, two (2) people per bus are needed to pick-up students in their respective classrooms Students must board the bus and depart before 3:30 PM 40% of students in each classroom are picked-up by parents/guardians at the school The pick-up of students in each classroom requires an appropriate verification process to ensure student safety All students must be on the bus or picked-up by a parent/guardian by 3:30 PM At least one teacher must remain with students in the classroom, until all students are dismissed To ensure the appropriate monitoring of people entering and exiting the building, staff support is needed at each entrance/exit Space is limited at our Early Childhood campus; large communal rooms (i.e. gym or lunch room) are unavailable 2) Determine the specific TEP staff members (i.e. Teachers, Social Workers, Non-Instructional Personnel), who will participate in the dismissal process, and establish their role in the process of dismissal.
