The most unexpected question I had was: What is my level of financial aptitude for record keeping? It is Intermediate. I am constantly learning more on Excel, but need to learn Quickbooks for more efficient business productivity.
None - one interview was a complete resume overview and the other was a typical behavioural interview. Telephone interviews were very informal.
