The initial screening was a series of behavioral/personality assessment questions, plus details of comp expectations, notice requirement at your present job, etc. The interview with the CEO was a wide-ranging "who we are, who are you, and is this a fit" conversation. The core values of the company came through very strongly in this conversation. The case exercise was their substantive skills assessment. The rest was about fit on both sides - they seemed to want to make sure not only that you're the right fit for the role and the company, but also that ClearEstate is the right fit for you.
