Biggest things they wanted to know was why did I want to make a career shift to Qualcomm (I had a very good thing going at the time) and they wanted to know for sure that I was willing to relocate and when. They did not ask any behavioral interview questions ("give me an example of a time when....."). They just wanted to know more about my experiences, some more chronologically, others more selectively. They all made me feel extremely comfortable and were exceedingly friendly.
