Standard PI tests; behavior and quantitative.
There were a lot of situational questions regarding either how I would or have dealt with difficult people, difficult situations, faced with a dilemma, etc.
Standard Role Related Questions
Several questions were about executive level scenarios and how I would approach those as a regional director.
All questions were standard and no difficult questions made.
No specific questions stand out (it was more than a month ago). The interviews felt more conversational and a good chance for me to learn and assess.
