I was asked brain teasers for an operations role, this is not something I expected or was very interested in answering. Asked to solve math problems on a white board. They weren't very interested in hearing about my current role, they were more interested in adding pressure and follow-up questions to see how I would react. Gave me a written test at the end to see how well I could memorize a list of key words to answer questions.
