An essay including basically open ended to write to drivers to convince them to work on a major holiday. Know pivot tables for the test.
What would you do on your first day? Not that the question was so difficult, but when unexpected, it makes for a tough answer. Also wanted to know what would I hypothesize? Again, can come up with answers but offhand, can be a bit tricky.
