Call with hiring manager, I'd suggest having opinions on Uber's business model Round 5. Many hours of interviews and case studies... They'll expect you to dedicate a full-time workload to this interview. In my experience, at least, they promised to get back with an answer within a week and it took MANY emails back and forth to get a response. Lazy? Arrogant? Who knows - just make sure to tread with caution before you commit yourself to this mind-numbing gauntlet.
The analytic test covers questions regarding Uber's statistic and real-life scenario: what day is the busiest, how much would a driver earn in first year after switching to more 'elite' service with a new car; and also questions about social and operational readiness: how would you write a letter to drivers in case of something happening, etc. So not everything is about numbers. Very awesome.
