Some interviewers are looking to see if you have la logical thought process- They don't need an answer just that what steps would you take to do something. If an interviwer asked you how many baseballs would fit on a bus. Don't say i don't know.
Tell me about a time when you had to receive negative feedback. There are 4 chairs in a circle. You flip a die, if it lands on 4, you move counter-clockwise one seat. If it lands on any other number, you move clockwise the number of seats you got on the die. What is the probability after 6 die rolls that you end up on the same seat you started in?
Give an example of a time you faced criticism of your product or service, or of you, personally. What was the criticism and how did you handle it?
They asked about the positive and negatives of my current or previous position, why I want to work for JetBlue, describe a work situation in which I went above and beyond for a customer. While you may be nervous, the virtual interview is fairly forgiving in that you see the questions and your responses are recorded , but you can listen and re-record your answers until you feel comfortable. I have a live interview tomorrow..hoping it will lead to step three which is a group interview. I will keep you posted.
